🔁 Upgrade or Downgrade Plans
Members can upgrade or downgrade between the Gold, Silver, and Diamond plans:

When upgrading, pay the full registration fee for the new plan.

When downgrading, no refund is issued.

Topping up or refunding partial amounts is not allowed — transitions are based strictly on full plan registration fees.
🚪 Leaving ConnectWay Save

Members who wish to exit the program must notify ConnectWay Save at least 30 days in advance to receive both their savings and earned interest.

In cases of emergency withdrawal, the member will only receive their saved amount, without interest.
